Internship 2023: Week Four Blog Prompts

Choose two of the following & post thoughtful responses on your blog. You may do them at any point during the week, but make sure all are done by the end of the day on Friday, January 27th.

1. Who is your mentor? Describe his or her life, education, career path and more.

2. How have you seen your role develop or change over the course of your internship?

3. What is going well with your project? What challenges are you facing?

4. Choose a prompt from a previous blog that you did not use and answer it.

5. What advice would you give to a junior in high school who wants to pursue a career in the field of your internship?

6. Describe the path one of your colleagues took to get to the place where they are today.

7. Are you planning to continue working with your internship site or mentor after internship is over? If so, how did these plans develop? What will you be doing?

8. Read another student's blog (2023 Internship Blogs). What stands out to you? What experiences do you have in common? What contrasts do you see? What questions do you have?

9. Post the highlights from your mentor interview and explain what makes these quotes meaningful to you.
